Herringbone
This design is the kind of design you do when you’re not sure what to put over a base.
I was debating on how to cover Superchic Lacquer’s 40 Winks, and this design
I’d seen before (over other colors) popped into my mind.
It also reminds me of the herringbone technique I use when making earrings:
(Yes, I made those, and no, they aren’t for sale… yet!
There’s so much to do before even considering selling earrings, but someday,
they will be on sale 😉 )
Hot Air Balloon!
A couple of weeks ago, some friends went to see a #hotAirBalloon show in New Jersey. I didn’t come along but definitely used the photos they showed me as inspiration for this design!
I’m using twinkled_t’s 🌈 rainbow stamping polish collection and they are a joy to work with! The colors are very pigmented, opaque and hella neon!
The Corsair Coffee Shop
Right now, I am not in Honduras, but I do remember my country and city of Tegucigalpa dearly.
And one of the weekend perks was to drive to “Valle de Angeles” with the family and have lunch in the small town 40 min away from the capital city.
And since I hadn’t been there for a while, I wasn’t aware of this new coffee shop there that looks sooo good!
So, make sure you try it when you go to Valle De Angeles in Tegucigalpa!

Wonder Woman Nails
Okay, so I’ve never taken much importance of Wonder Woman and I just literally found out she’s Diana the greek goddess and I’m shook! Went to watch the movie with a couple of friends and a set of nails was definitely warranted!

Playing Cards!
I’m not much of a card player, but I do remember playing with my parents and them tricking me into thinking I won haha. These were done based on those memories.
The footage of the nail art was lost during a tragic hard drive malfunction, but the image remains and it’s great enough to post so, here ya go!
