Stamped Decals
Generally, I avoid doing decals because they are thick and such a pain to place on your nails….

BUT!!!!
Every once in a while, I give in, and realize, it looks gorgeous!

The base is “Rum-Billie” by Superchic lacquer and you can buy it here.

The one that wasn’t… Pt 2.
What do you get when you try gradient stamping, no inspiration and a sad excuse for glitter?

There were too few chunky glitters that almost none seemed to want to be on my nails. Sigh.

Glitter doesn’t fix everything.
So, I found out that glitter doesn’t fix everything.

Sometimes, it makes nail art look cluttered,

and you loose the original design you had.

Moral of the story, take pics at every stage of your nail art and don’t add glitter…. always.

More holo!
What can I say? Can’t steer away from holo for too long!

Starrily – Eclipse (Holo Top Coat)
Over a gray “Show Steel-er” by Sally Hansen.

Is it Spring?
A few days ago it was spring. Today it’s #snowmaggedon2017.
Are we still pretending global warming doesn’t exist?

The purest form of holo comes in powder.
I had been avoiding this trend for the simple fact that I don’t like glitter herpes.

And I knew the moment I opened that jar, all the powder would fly off into my face.

But, I decided to give it a try and actually buy one small jar.

I waited a long time because it came all the way from China and didn’t have prime,

and by the time it got to me, so many options had popped up on Amazon WITH prime.

Back to the story. I opened that thing and lucky for me, it wasn’t as bad. I proceeded to apply it to a gel based nail polish (I used Sally Hansen)

and all of a sudden I saw the light, and everything was holy.

So worth it.

White Vines Over Holo!
