Yellow Nails Don’t Matter
If you like nail polish at all and you use it incessantly, you will get yellow nails. No amount of base coat will protect them from getting stained, but it doesn’t matter because that’s what it is. A Stain. Like most stains, they can be removed but if you continue using nail polish, it’s moot.
If you do care about having white nails though, you can try this:
Take some whitening toothpaste and brush your nails for 1 – 2 minutes and you will get a whiter tone. It’s not magic though, don’t expect the stains to be fully gone, but it will lighten the nails a bit.

Well, if you don’t know by now that I’m a David Bowie fan, you need to know it. I love his music so much, Let’s Dance, Blackstar, Lazarus, Modern Love, Jump They Say, Ashes to Ashes, Space Oddity, Young Americans, Heroes, Life on Mars, Dance Magic, so many songs with so much meaning.
So when I asked my boyfriend to do my nails, he settled on Bowie’s latest and final album “Blackstar ★”. Needless to say, when he did mine, they could have been a little better but I know there was a lot of love in these nails!!
So since he did mine, I did his haha. They are a tiny bit tidier!

Sometimes, holo doesn’t fix it
Sometimes, too much glitter hides the design, so it’s best to skip it.
I’m so lacey
The base I used for this manicure was specially made. I bought a transparent nail polish and added 20~ish drops of black polish to make it sheer.
