I'm a computer science engineer who likes to do her own manicures!
Herringbone
This design is the kind of design you do when you’re not sure what to put over a base.
I was debating on how to cover Superchic Lacquer’s 40 Winks, and this design
I’d seen before (over other colors) popped into my mind.
It also reminds me of the herringbone technique I use when making earrings:

(Yes, I made those, and no, they aren’t for sale… yet!
There’s so much to do before even considering selling earrings, but someday,
they will be on sale 😉 )
Orange Crayola with Fun Lacquer Dust
In here I’m using @sally_hansen’s Crayola collaboration polish SunsetOrange502 as a base
and one of funlacquer’s new set of #holographic topCoats. This one is Gold Diamond Dust and it looks absolutely gorgeous over any color! It’s as sparkly as ever and I love it!

Pink and Black Mandalas
For some reason, when thinking of color combinations, Avril Lavigne popped into my head when she released her “The Best Damn Thing” album.
She was wearing blond hair with pink streaks and the whole thing screamed pink goth, and I loved it!

So, I thought, this is the perfect color combination for a mani!

And these were born:

Rock on Avril!

Starrily – Albert Einstein
The beautiful flakies on this nail polish are so reflective but they aren’t showing their true beauty on this photo:

And here’s a gif of what it looks like with movement (looks sooo gorgeous)
so here’s the image from live love polish that convinced me to buy this:

#NailFail
I had these chrome powders that I was trying to use as mermaid powders but it wasn’t strong enough to seep through the white, and the colors are barely noticeable.

So when I stamped over the powder, the color was barely visible, and deemed this a Nail Fail.
Ying yang flakies
I got these flakies online and wanted to try them out over two different colors, black and white while having the opposite color stamp over them and I really like it!
Yellow Flowers
Yeah, I didn’t have a more creative title for this one haha.
